3-day kefir diet
Well, the vacation passed, leaving a few extra pounds on the waist and stomach, and soon I don’t want to shock everyone with my appearance. Use the kefir diet, because kefir is an excellent remedy for extra pounds and not only. The use of kefir will help improve the condition of the skin and relax the nervous system.
Drink kefir at room temperature – it should not be cold or warm. Before you start drinking it, keep the drink without a refrigerator so that it warms up to room temperature.
With all its usefulness, kefir is a rather acidic product, so you can not drink it with gastritis with high acidity of gastric juice. Also, since it has a mild laxative effect, kefir is not necessary for people with a tendency to diarrhea.
Breakfast
A cup of coffee with milk, scrambled eggs, sauerkraut salad or a cup of tea with honey, a slice of bread with butter, an egg, semolina.
Lunch
Baked apples or a glass of kefir.
Dinner
Vinaigrette, chicken soup, stewed carrots, a slice of bread or mushroom soup, stew with cabbage.
High tea
A glass of kefir or an apple or a slice of cheese.
Dinner
A cup of tea, fish fried in vegetable oil, with baked potatoes or a cup of tea with honey, carrot casserole with prunes.
Before bedtime
A glass of kefir, skim milk or yogurt.
