7 day diet from Czech doctors
The diet lasts 21 days and provides stable weight loss, up to 8 kg. Thanks to a clearly defined diet, it is quite convenient to use. A calorie-free liquid can be drunk indefinitely. Breakfast is the same every day: tea or coffee without sugar and milk, 2 cookies or a slice of cheese (40 g).
Day 1
Lunch: a glass of yogurt, 2 oranges or apples.
Dinner: 125 g of low-fat cottage cheese, 1 egg, 2 cucumbers.
Day 2
Lunch: 1/4 chicken, 2 cucumbers.
Dinner: 125 g of low-fat cottage cheese, 1/2 liter of milk.
Day 3
Lunch: 100 g of cheese, 1 orange or apple.
Dinner: 200 g of vegetable salad, 2 eggs.
Day 4
Lunch: 1/4 chicken, 2 cucumbers.
Dinner: 200 g of vegetable salad, 1 egg, 50 g of cooked sausage without fat.
Day 5
Lunch: 125 g of cottage cheese, 1 orange or apple.
Dinner: 100 g of sausage, 1 egg, 1 bunch of radish or 1 tomato.
Day 6
Lunch: 1 glass of yogurt, 2 apples or oranges.
Dinner: 125 g of cottage cheese, 1 cup of milk.
Day 7
Lunch: 100 g of sausage, 1 cucumber.
Dinner: 100 g of cheese, 1 bunch of radish. From the eighth day you need to start the diet again.
