A healthy diet
If your task is not only to reduce weight, but also not to harm health, use this seasonal diet. The result is from 6 to 8 kg in two weeks. Weight after such a diet does not return for a long time, as the metabolism changes. Doctors recommend using this food system no more than once a year. During the diet, adhere to all recommendations: allowed foods can be eaten in unlimited quantities, you can drink only tea or clean water. Strongly forbidden to use onions, garlic and spicy seasonings. Herbs allowed.
The day before, do not eat after 18 hours, at 22 hours, eat 1 teaspoon of honey, drink warm water.
First and eighth day
Not more than 2 glasses of water, in the evening – a hot bath or – a bath.
Second and ninth day
Breakfast: porridge cooked on water, without salt and sugar (without restrictions).
Lunch: soup boiled in water and containing at least 4 components of vegetables, you can add rice and potatoes. Without salt!
Dinner: kefir.
Third and tenth day
Breakfast: 1 fruit per season.
Lunch: vegetable salad.
Dinner: kefir.
Fourth and eleventh day
Breakfast: fruit.
Lunch: vegetable salad.
Dinner: fruit.
Fifth and twelfth day
Breakfast: rice
Lunch: rice, tomato soup without salt.
Dinner: rice
Sixth and thirteenth day
Breakfast: tea, cottage cheese, sprouted wheat.
Lunch: vegetable salad, 2 slices of bread.
Dinner: kefir.
Seventh and fourteenth day
You can eat everything, but do not overeat and do not eat fatty foods.
