After New Year diet
So the holidays ended, everything would be fine, but the consequences of fun parties, long feasts are not at all encouraging – the newly appeared fat in the abdomen and waist. Therefore, it’s time to start putting yourself in order, because this is necessary not only for you but also for your body. And the best help in this challenging matter we will have fasting days in combination with days of the diet. You must admit that during these ten days we pampered ourselves with everything we could, now it’s time to please ourselves with tasty and light nutrition, which will help to remove all toxins, toxins and lose a few kilograms gained during the holidays.
Seven day diet
1 day
Fasting day on rice and dried fruit compote.
7 single meals: 4 times – boiled rice without salt, 3 times dried fruit compote (raisins, prunes, dried apricots) without sugar.
Allowed: green tea, 2 liters of water per day.
2 day
Diet day.
5 single meals: breakfast: porridge on the water, a couple of prunes, freshly squeezed juice or juice from cranberries without sugar; 2 breakfast: 1 pear or kiwi; lunch: vegetable soup, rye bread 2 pcs.; afternoon snack: 1 apple; dinner: vegetable salad seasoned with lemon juice.
Allowed: kefir for the night.
3 day
Unloading vegetable day.
5 single meals: 1.5 kg of fresh vegetables throughout the day.
Allowed: green tea, 2 liters of water per day.
4 day
Diet day.
5 single meals: breakfast: boiled egg, carrot, and orange juice, freshly squeezed; 2 breakfast: beetroot salad with prunes; lunch: grilled chicken fillet; afternoon snack: 1 orange; dinner: fish, boiled or steamed, a salad of fresh cucumbers and herbs, seasoned with a small amount of olive oil.
Allowed: kefir for the night.
5 day
Diet day.
5 single meals: breakfast: porridge on the water, prunes, 1/2 half of grapefruit; 2 breakfast: 1 apple; lunch: vegetable puree soup, fish baked with lemon juice; afternoon snack: 1 grapefruit; dinner: a salad of vegetables and shrimp seasoned with olive oil.
Allowed: kefir for the night.
6 day
Diet day.
5 single meals: breakfast: 100 g fat-free cottage cheese, 1 tsp. Honey; 2 breakfast: grapefruit; lunch: vegetable soup, 1 boiled egg; afternoon snack: 1 apple; dinner: a salad of fresh cucumbers and herbs, seasoned with a small amount of kefir.
Allowed: kefir, rye crackers for the night.
7 day
Fasting day on kefir.
5 single meals: 1.5 liters of kefir during the day.
Allowed: green tea, 2 liters of water per day.
