Before exams diet
Students and high school students, especially during exams and sessions, need a diet rich in nutrients and vitamins, especially vitamins of the B group of vitamins. The presence of these vitamins in the body affects the ability to concentrate and acquire knowledge when it is especially necessary. The diet lasts 2 weeks, the menu is repeated every three days and it can be repeated again after 1-2 months.
Breakfast: coffee with milk, 200 ml of natural light yogurt.
Snack: a glass of still mineral water, banana.
Lunch: apple juice (250 ml), cauliflower in a sauce of herbs, 2 slices of bread with butter and cheese.
Snack: tea with lemon, low-fat cottage cheese (150 g).
Dinner: 2 potatoes, baked in the oven, vegetable juice.
Breakfast: green tea without sugar, kefir 1.5% (100 ml), 1 tablespoon of honey.
Snack: energy bar with granola.
Lunch: boiled meat with a salad of vegetables, 2 pieces of whole-grain bread, apple juice (250 ml).
Snack: a glass of still water, granola.
Dinner: boiled chicken breast with vegetables, brown boiled rice 1/2 portion, tea without sugar (200 ml).

The third day
Breakfast: 1 skim milk, rye bread with sunflower seeds with butter, a piece of salad and a slice of ham (30 gr), apple or pear.
Snack: berry yogurt 1.5% (200 ml), two light crackers.
Lunch: 1 cup of tea with lemon without sugar, slices of slightly salted salmon, cucumbers or tomatoes.
Snack: coffee without sugar, banana.
Dinner: 1 cup of green tea without sugar, veal goulash with tomatoes, sauerkraut salad.
