California Diet 2
In the summer, we already introduced our readers to the California diet. Today we offer another version of this famous diet. The diet, developed by the California Institute of Beauty, includes three diets that are applied sequentially one after another for three days each.
1st California Diet
1st breakfast: buckwheat porridge (150 g), tea with lemon
2nd breakfast: grated carrots (100 g) with 5 g of vegetable oil
Lunch: vegetable soup – 250 g or millet porridge with dried apricots – 150 g, mineral water.
Snack: fruit juice (freshly squeezed) – 100 g.
Dinner: cottage cheese souffle – 150 g, tea with lemon.
At night: any fruit or juice from it – 100 g.
2nd Californian Diet
1st breakfast: oatmeal porridge – 250 g, tea with lemon.
2nd breakfast: 50 g soaked prunes.
Lunch: vegetable soup – 250 g, boiled meat, with beets stewed in vegetable oil – 50/160/10 g, apple – 100 g.
Snack: carrot salad with apples – 100 g, mineral water or green tea.
Dinner: buckwheat groats with cottage cheese – 250 g, tea.
At night: carrot juice – 100 g.
For the whole day: bread with bran – 125 g.
3rd Californian Diet
1st breakfast: grated carrots – 150 g, millet porridge – 250 g, tea with lemon.
2nd breakfast: soaked dried apricots – 100 g, any citrus juice.
Lunch: soup with vegetables – 250 g, boiled chicken, cabbage cutlets – 200 g, mineral water.
Snack: fresh apples – 100 g.
Dinner: cottage cheese souffle – 150 g, carrot and apple cutlets – 200 g, tea.
At night: tomato juice – 100 g.
For the whole day: bread with bran – 250 g, sugar – 30 g.
