This diet is designed so that the calorie content of food does not exceed 1800 kcal per day. The abundance of fruits containing many vitamins and ballast substances will help you cleanse the body of toxins, and a large amount of liquid will ensure their excretion from the body. The diet is designed for 5 days.
Breakfast: Muesli with fruit (cut into slices 2 kiwis, 2 slices of pineapple and 100 g of strawberries. Add 40 g of corn flakes and 1 glass of milk, mix.)
