Cereal diet

For all lovers of cereals, we present a cereal diet that you can use as a variety or as an alternative to a rice diet. In the days of the diet are prohibited: salt, sugar, alcohol.

1st day:

WHEAT: Pour 180 g of grains into 3/4 liter of water and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.

Breakfast: porridge + saccharin +1/2 glasses of milk.
Lunch: a stalk of onions + 1 cup of vegetable broth (boil a little) + porridge.
Dinner: porridge + yogurt (125 g) + saccharin + cinnamon.

2nd day:

MILLET: boil 180 g of millet in 3/4 liter of water and leave over low heat for 30 minutes.

Breakfast: 1/2 cup warm milk + porridge + saccharin.
Lunch: 1 glass of vegetable broth + porridge.
Dinner: 1 grated apple + lemon juice + saccharin.

3rd day:

OAT: Boil 178 g of oats in 3/4 liter of water, cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of milk + saccharin + porridge.
Lunch: 1 glass of vegetable broth + porridge + garlic, parsley.
Dinner: 80 g of cottage cheese + 3 tbsp. tablespoons of milk + 1 tablespoon of cocoa + porridge + saccharin.

4th day:

RICE: Cook 140 grams of rice for 35 minutes. Cut 1/2 kg of peeled apples and stew in a small amount of water. Mix apples, rice, lemon juice, saccharin, cinnamon.

5th day:

BARLEY: Bring 180 g of barley to a boil in 3/4 liter of water and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

Breakfast: porridge + saccharin + 1/2 cup of milk.
Lunch: 1 glass of vegetable broth + porridge + onion stalk + pepper.
Dinner: porridge + 1/2 cup of orange juice + 2 tbsp. tablespoons of condensed milk + saccharin.

6th day:

Buckwheat: Bring 180 g of buckwheat to a boil in 3/4 liter of water and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

Breakfast: porridge + 1/2 cup milk + saccharin.
Lunch: 1 glass of vegetable broth + porridge + spices.
Dinner: 1 cup of kefir + porridge + saccharin.

7th day:

“FRIENDSHIP”: Pour 60 g of wheat, buckwheat, oats in 3/4 liter of water and bring to a boil, cook for 20 minutes over low heat.

Breakfast: 1/2 cup warm milk + porridge + saccharin.
Lunch: porridge + 3 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste + 1 glass of vegetable broth (warm it all) + garlic, seasonings.
Dinner: porridge + grated apple + saccharin + lemon juice + cinnamon.
