All the 5 diet
An interdisciplinary diet, translate into the diet and technology or products, translate into a healthy diet. Weigh 5 ingredients and weigh 5 pounds for 5 kg. The main rule of the diet is to eat every two hours, then you will not feel hungry. Eat exclusively on time:
10:00 – processed cheese, coffee or tea without sugar.
12:00 – boiled egg, tomato, greens.
14:00 – an apple.
16:00 – 200 g of cottage cheese, pepper, herbs.
18:00 – 200 ml. kefir.
20:00 – a glass of wine or tea.
Instead of sweet pepper, you can use cucumber. If you just taste the vegetables, it’s allowed to make a salad out of them and season them with natural yogurt.
You can add a little raisins or honey to the curd.
If you don’t eat boiled eggs, you can bake or fry them in a pan with non-stick coating, most importantly without oil.
