Snack: fruit, nuts.
Lunch: stewed eggplant with chicken breast and tomatoes, vegetable juice.
Snack: natural yogurt, fruit.
Dinner: vegetable casserole.
Day 6
Breakfast: toast with cottage cheese and slices of tomatoes, vegetable puree, tea.
Snack: fruit, nuts.
Lunch: grilled zucchini, fish baked in the oven.
Snack: natural yogurt, fruit.
Dinner: natural yogurt, 6-8 pcs. prunes soaked in water.
Day 7
Breakfast: stewed zucchini with vegetables, a glass of green tea.
Snack: fruit, nuts.
Lunch: grilled pumpkin, boiled meat 200 g., 1 pc. Kiwi, tea.
