Diet for intestinal health

There are a lot of useful plant fibers in the bean, pea soups, cereals, rye bread. Cabbage, carrots, beets, fresh cilantro, parsley are perfect in the diet. Try to move more. When you come home tired at night, you should not bother and roll in front of the TV on the couch. This disrupts the work of the gut: it is not adapted to such rumps at night. Better take a walk before bedtime.
This therapeutic diet normalizes metabolic processes, improves bowel function. Hold out for 10 days, and you will get a healthy intestine, and at the same time, as a result of enhanced metabolic processes, lose 5-7 kg! During the diet, you need to use vitamin C, drink as much mineral non-carbonated water as possible. During the diet, it is strictly forbidden to use: sugar, salt, sparkling water, bread. This diet is not recommended for use during hard work or physical exertion.

Only green apples all day, in the evening 1 cup of tea with a spoon of honey.
3 day

Lunch: baked potatoes, two hard-boiled eggs, a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers pour vegetable oil.
Dinner: 200 g of boiled rice (you can have a little soy sauce), a cup of tea with lemon.
6 day
Breakfast: oatmeal porridge.

7 day

Lunch: vegetable broth, apple, 150 g of cottage cheese.
Dinner: kefir.
8 day

Dinner: boiled fish, two oranges, tea.

Breakfast: kefir.
Lunch: fish, tea.
Dinner: 200 g of boiled beef, rice, three apples.

Breakfast: kefir.
Lunch: tea with honey.
Dinner: rice, orange, and a slice of lemon.
