Diet for those over 30
With age, our body loses its ability to oxidize fats normally. So if you didn’t think about following a diet or eating a diet, now the body needs our help, and if you are already a little over thirty, you must undoubtedly review your diet to reduce the amount of fat consumed. This diet, compiled by a professional nutritionist, will help you with this.
A day you need to drink up to 2 liters of water to remove ketone bodies and fat breakdown products from the kidneys.
Use a substitute instead of sugar.
Breakfast: 1/2 jar of cottage cheese (125 g), vegetable salad, 1-2 slices of bread, tea, or coffee.
Lunch: 1-2 fruits and green vegetables (bell pepper, cucumbers).
Lunch: Soup without fat (okroshka, vegetable, beetroot, from a bag). Lean turkey or beef. Once every two weeks, you can eat a liver fried in a skillet without fat. Garnish – 3 tablespoons of green peas (for iron, since hemoglobin drops for all diets x) and vegetable salad.
Snack: 1-2 fruits, one diet yogurt.
Dinner: 1-2 slices of bread, vegetables + 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, cottage cheese.
Fruits – 4 servings per day (4 medium apples, tangerines, plums).
Green vegetables without restriction.
