Breakfast: prunes 5 pcs., Green apple, herbal or fruit tea without sugar (200 ml).
Lunch: spinach puree soup (300 g), 1 green apple.
Dinner: tomato soup (200 g), stewed eggplant (200 g), diet bread (2 pcs.), Herbal tea with lemon balm, mint, and valerian (200 ml).

6 day

Breakfast: prunes 5 pcs., Green apple, herbal or fruit tea without sugar (200 ml).
Lunch: dried fruits (50 g), diet bread (2 pcs.).
Dinner: 1 loaf of bread, 1 green apple, 1 cucumber.

7 day
