Diet “Ladder” – a carefully planned system of weight loss, which allows you to maintain the result for a long time. The diet is designed for 5 days – this is your ladder to success. As the creators of this system say, they developed it by all the rules of dietetics. And this means that to lose weight you need to cleanse the body, and only then provide it with all the useful nutrients. 

To achieve visible results, it is necessary to take into account the physiological and psychological characteristics of each person. Stage 1.

Purpose: removal of toxins, salts of heavy metals and hardened feces from the body
Method: during the day, every one and a half to two hours, drink two tablets of activated charcoal and eat one small apple, drink 2 liters of clean water without gas.
Principle: coal removes toxins and toxins. Pectin contained in apples gently and without problems cleanses the intestines. Water will help the body undergo detoxification and get rid of toxins.

Stage 2.

Stage 3.

Purpose: to replenish the stores of glucose in the blood and glycogen in the liver.
Method: during the day, eat 300 grams of prunes or dried apricots and the same amount of raisins. Eat half a teaspoon of natural honey with each meal.
Between meals, drink as much water as possible (at least 6 glasses per day).
Principle: dried fruits will help replenish energy reserves with the help of healthy slow carbohydrates.

Stage 4.

Purpose: to replenish the supply of proteins in the body.
Method: boil a breast of turkey or chicken, divide it into 5 equal parts and eat one piece every two and a half hours. Between meals, drink as much water as possible (at least 6 glasses per day).
Principle: Protein is the main building material for our bodies. As a result of its deficiency, the body begins to take protein from the muscles, and weight loss is due to muscle mass. To prevent this, the fourth day of the diet must be made protein.

Stage 5.

Purpose: burn fat.
Method: eat vegetables and fruits in any quantity throughout the day. Between meals, drink as much water as possible (at least 6 glasses per day).
Principle: In order to burn as much fat as possible, you need to eat foods whose digestion requires a lot of energy, but it is also important to remember that the calorie content of the diet should be minimal.
