The main thing is that honey and apples bring a positive result – the products must be completely natural. Did you know that the allergy is not caused by honey itself, but by the chemistry that insects stuff. Yes, and only all-natural honey has beneficial properties. And apples, in turn, due to the content of pectin, are a natural cleaner of our body. 

The main condition of our diet is the daily use of honey water and apples. To prepare one serving of honey water, 1 tbsp. l dilute honey in 100 ml of warm water (40-42 degrees).
In the morning you should drink honey water 30-40 minutes before breakfast and in the evening one hour after dinner, but 1.5-2 hours before bedtime.
Honey water will not only help to lose weight but also have a beneficial effect on the state of the cardiovascular system and intestinal microflora. In addition, honey helps lower blood cholesterol.

Monday

30-40 minutes before breakfast: 1 serving of honey water, you can add a few drops of lemon juice.
Breakfast: 1 glass of apple juice, 120 g muesli with milk, 1 tbsp. l honey.
Lunch: apple and low-fat cheese salad seasoned with natural yogurt and lemon juice, 1 whole-grain toast.
Dinner: 2 apples baked without sugar.
1.5-2 hours before bedtime: 1 serving of honey water.

Tuesday

30-40 minutes before breakfast: 1 serving of honey water, you can add a few drops of lemon juice.
Breakfast: whole-grain toast with 50 g of cottage cheese and 1 tsp. honey.
Lunch: 1 cup of fresh orange juice, 2 slices of whole-grain bread, 150 g of grilled low-fat fish.
Dinner: a salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, and celery.
1.5-2 hours before bedtime: 1 serving of honey water.

Wednesday

30-40 minutes before breakfast: 1 serving of honey water, you can add a few drops of lemon juice.
Breakfast: 1 glass of tomato juice, 200 g of oatmeal in milk or water.
Lunch: vegetable soup, 1 apple baked with honey.
Dinner: 1 glass of freshly squeezed vegetable or fruit juice, 150 g of boiled brown rice.
1.5-2 hours before bedtime: 1 serving of honey water.

Thursday

30-40 minutes before breakfast: 1 serving of honey water, you can add a few drops of lemon juice.
Breakfast: 200 g of fruit salad seasoned with 1 tsp. honey, 125 g of natural yogurt.
Lunch: a piece of boiled meat, 1 cup of tomato juice.
Dinner: 2 apples baked without sugar.
1.5-2 hours before bedtime: 1 serving of honey water.

Friday

30-40 minutes before breakfast: 1 serving of honey water, you can add a few drops of lemon juice.
Breakfast: 1 glass of apple juice, oatmeal on the water, 1 tsp. honey.
Lunch: baked potato stuffed with mushrooms and onions, 1 serving of vegetable salad.
Dinner: 200 ml of natural yogurt with sliced ​​fruit and 1 tsp. honey.
1.5-2 hours before bedtime: 1 serving of honey water.

Saturday

30-40 minutes before breakfast: 1 serving of honey water, you can add a few drops of lemon juice.
Breakfast: 200 g of cottage cheese with 1 tsp. honey, green tea without sugar.
Lunch: 1 glass of tomato juice, 1 serving of vegetable salad with 100 g canned tuna in s / s.
Dinner: 1 apple or 1 cup of seasonal fruit.
1.5-2 hours before bedtime: 1 serving of honey water.

Sunday
