The cabbage soup diet is a program that allows you to lose weight quickly. On this diet, you will not experience feelings of hunger. This is the main reason for the popularity of the cabbage diet. For every day, you are offered individual dishes. Meanwhile, the amount of food is not limited: you can eat as much as you want, and you do not have to experience the pangs of hunger. The cabbage soup diet is simple. It is designed for seven days, and for every day you are offered a delicious and nutritious soup. Besides, on certain days you are allowed to eat fruits and vegetables (the quantity is also not limited). On one of the days of the diet, jacket potatoes are allowed, on the other – several bananas. Every day, limited use of skim milk or yogurt with a reduced percentage of fat content is permitted. The diet is short-term but helps to achieve tangible results, so it has gained popularity in different countries.

At the end of 7 days, you can return to your previous diet.

If, on the 2nd day of the diet, you choose 60 ml of milk for lunch, during the day, you need to replenish the remaining 180 ml of skim milk but not yogurt.
