How to make a celery drink
- celery 2 stalks
- 5 carrots
- parsley 1 bunch
- spinach 0.5 kg
- water 1 liter
There are two ways to prepare a drink. If you plan to take it at home, it is best to brew a drink. To do this, you need to pass all the ingredients, except parsley, through a meat grinder. Then the resulting mass should be put in a saucepan, pour water, bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes, add parsley and cook for another 10 minutes. Filter the finished drink with a gauze or sieve. Drink according to the recommendations.
If you are preparing a drink immediately before taking it, it is best to squeeze the juice in a juicer and drink it before each meal.

Breakfast: celery drink 250 ml, 2 grapefruits.
Lunch: a drink of celery 250 ml, a salad of fresh vegetables.
