Diet without starch
As you already understood, this diet excludes the use of products containing starch. If foods rich in starch often appear in your diet, then there is a risk of a variety of diseases, and the main danger is the development of oncology. Not to mention the fact that foods containing a large amount of starch are extremely high in calories and lead to weight gain. The proposed 12-day diet suggests eliminating those foods that contain starch and predicts weight loss of up to 6 kg. Fluid intake in a sugar-free diet is not limited.
Exclude potatoes, bread, pasta, cereals. Besides, all sweets are excluded – ice cream, cakes, cakes, chocolate and sweets, sugar.
The menu can and should be varied – eating cheese, nuts, seeds, fish. Fruits – apples, pears, oranges, pineapples, grapefruit, are best consumed in the morning and also at midday. It is better not to include bananas in this diet. Fruits for the season can be replaced with dried fruits – apricots, raisins, dried apricots.
Sample menu for the day:
Breakfast: a salad of fresh vegetables with vegetable oil, a glass of orange or grapefruit juice (can be replaced with orange or apple).
Lunch: cabbage salad with carrots, seasoned with vegetable oil, steamed vegetables with meat, tea, or coffee with lemon.
Snack: pear or apple or a glass of vegetable or fruit juice.
Dinner: stewed vegetables with meat or poultry, tea, or coffee without sugar.
