The 1st stage of the Zoe Harkombe diet. Approximate weight loss from 3-5 kg, term – 5 days.
Take control of the yeast Candida Albicans. To do this, we exclude from the usual diet the following products: sweets, pastries, fruits and almost all dairy products, except kefir and yogurt, bakery products, cereals (except for polished rice), vinegar, pickles, smoked meats, various processed foods and cheese.
Allowed: fish, lean meat, vegetables and eggs.
Allowed drinks: green tea, black tea, sugar free coffee, herbal teas and clear water.
Breakfast: two boiled chicken eggs, a salad of fresh herbs and vegetables (200 g), coffee without sugar and milk (250 ml.).
Lunch: cabbage soup from fresh white cabbage (300 ml.), Vinaigrette (150 g.), Leaf green tea (200 ml.).
Dinner: boiled beef (150 g.), Vegetable salad (150 g.), Drinking water (200 ml.).
Second dinner: yogurt (250 ml.).
2nd stage of the diet of Zoe Harkombe. Deadline – until the desired result is achieved.
The use of all processed foods is prohibited.
It is forbidden to combine fats and carbohydrates in one meal.
It is forbidden to use foods that are of particular interest to you.
Allowed: fish, low-fat meat, vegetables and fruits, pasta and cereals, wholemeal bread.
Allowed drinks: green tea, black tea, sugar-free coffee, herbal teas and clear water, very rarely a glass of red wine.
3rd stage of the Zoe Harkomb diet. Maintaining the desired result.
The main task is to control the quantity and quality of food eaten. You can eat all kinds of foods, except semi-finished products. And at this stage, the doctor recommends connecting sports, and you need to start small, and then increase the intensity of physical activity.
