Beetroot is a useful product in all respects, especially for those who monitor their weight and figure. An effective beetroot diet will help you not only get rid of the extra 4-5 kg, but also replenish the smell of vitamins and nutrients. See for yourself, beets contain B vitamins, ascorbic acid, carotene, sodium, potassium, iron and magnesium salts.

Also, betaine and betanin are protein compounds that improve fat metabolism, strengthen capillaries and blood vessel walls, lower blood cholesterol and improve liver function, which are not found in any other vegetables except beets. One of the latest scientific discoveries was that vitamin U was found in beets, which until then were found only in cabbage. This vitamin promotes the healing of stomach ulcers and duodenal ulcers, has anti-allergic properties. Also, this vitamin is considered more valuable than cabbage, because it does not evaporate even at elevated temperatures.
