It lasts 3 days, you can repeat it every week. The main theme of the diet is the use of salads, vegetables, and dishes from them. Indeed, many vegetables and root crops have a moderate laxative and diuretic effect, which allows you to get rid of excess fluid and waste products in a natural and safe way. In addition, the plants included in these salads are rich in vitamins – in particular, beta-carotene, which can significantly improve the condition of the skin in a very short time.
The first day is carrot
The main character of the day is carrots. you can eat it in any form – fresh, boiled, stewed and even baked. But we advise you to pay attention to fresh carrots – because now it is tasty and full of vitamins as never before. Season carrot salads with lemon juice or olive oil. The maximum allowable volume of olive oil on this day is 1/2 teaspoon. Salt, pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream are strictly prohibited.
It is best to pre-cook about 1.5 kg of carrots and divide it into 6-7 receptions for the whole day. In between, you can drink water without gas, tea and coffee without sugar without restrictions, you can also drink up to 200 ml of dry white or red wine at night.
The second day – lettuce leaves and herbs
During the day, without any restrictions, there are practically any leafy salads (the best choice is lettuce, iceberg, frieze, romano, arugula and oak leaf), as well as herbs – dill, parsley, cilantro, celery, basil. These plants have a pronounced diuretic effect, so they can not be salted just like carrots. Season green mixes with lemon juice, wine or balsamic vinegar. The maximum allowable volume of olive oil on this day is 1 teaspoon. As for drinks, the recommendations are the same as on the first day.
The third day – beetroot
It is great if you can buy young beets with tops, as beet tops are a unique dietary product. Beets should be eaten only in boiled form and also without salt and any kind of sauces. It is best on this day to give up all seasonings and oil. She will complete the “cleansing” procedure.
Salad diet is contraindicated for people who have problems with diabetes, chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract in the acute stage, as well as clinical depression.
