Hot vinaigrette diet
Many diets have a dish that is recommended to be consumed daily. For example, in the Bonn soup diet, such a dish is vegetable cabbage soup with celery and vegetables. In this diet, the main dish due to which weight loss occurs is a hot vinaigrette according to Mikhailov. Such a nutrition system is recommended for those who experience a constant feeling of heaviness in the abdomen (not chronic and not a consequence of any disease!).
Hot vinaigrette according to Mikhailov
Ingredients:
- carrots 2 pcs.
- beets 2 pcs.
- potatoes 2 pcs.
- onions 1 pc.
- salted boiling water 0.5 cups
- vegetable oil
- greens
- sour cabbage
- cucumber 1 pc.
Method of preparation: Cut carrots, beets, potatoes, onions into cubes. Boil all components for 8 minutes in salted boiling water and leave, wrapped, for 15 minutes. Then season the vinaigrette with sunflower oil, add greens, sour cabbage or cucumber. You need to eat in a warm form.
Sample menu for every day diet
Breakfast: 1 cup of strong unsweetened tea, 1 serving of porridge cooked on water with raisins or honey.
Lunch: 1 large portion of vegetable salad, 1 portion of water stew, from various cereals.
Dinner: 1 cup of tea, 1 serving of hot vinaigrette according to Mikhailov.
