Diet in many is associated with restriction. While dieting, you need to limit the consumption of certain foods, abandon your favorite diet, follow certain recommendations. As a rule, many do not want to change their diet, but at the same time dream of having a beautiful and healthy body without extra pounds. It turns out that this is possible. The proof is a fat diet. Those who adhered to this power system assure that in five days you can get rid of 5 extra pounds, or even more. A big plus of this diet is the lack of hunger!
The essence of a keto diet is to reduce the number of foods rich in carbohydrates in the diet and add fatty foods to the menu. Under conditions of carbohydrate deficiency, fats are not converted into adipose tissue but are converted into ketone bodies, which are spent on energy production. At the same time, old fat accumulations go into consumption. This is how to express weight loss occurs. During the keto diet, your body begins to generate energy almost exclusively from fats, and excess weight loss is dramatically accelerated.
If you follow a fatty diet, you need 5 meals a day, and the intervals between meals should not exceed 3-4 hours, and the last meal should be three hours before bedtime. If you want to lose weight on a keto diet, 60-70% in your diet should be fats, 20-30% proteins, and carbohydrates, not more than 50 g.
A fat diet does not make you hungry. On the contrary, appetite decreases, because you can’t eat a lot of high-calorie foods. And with this, the size of the stomach is significantly reduced.
