Korean diet: menu for the week
Monday
Breakfast: 400 ml. water with a slice of lemon.

Lunch: steamed white fish, vegetable salad seasoned with oil and lemon juice, a small portion of brown rice or bulgur.
Dinner: 200 g of boiled shrimp with the addition of hot sauce and smoothie (celery + cucumber + tomato + greens).
Tuesday
Breakfast: vegetable salad.
Snack: any fruit other than banana and grape.
Lunch: 4 tbsp. l boiled rice, 1 boiled chicken breast.

Wednesday

Lunch: stewed vegetables, boiled lean meat.

Lunch: 250 grams of boiled asparagus with 200 grams of boiled shrimp.
Dinner: a stew of mushrooms stewed with vegetables.
Friday
Breakfast: 400 ml. water with a slice of lemon.
Snack: any fruit other than banana and grape.
Lunch: 2 oven-baked potatoes with 200 g of white fish.
Dinner: vegetable salad.
Saturday
Breakfast: vegetable salad with low-fat fish.
Snack: boiled egg or fresh vegetables.
