Le forking, you lose weight with a fork
The protagonist of the new nutrition system, with which you can lose weight. The authors of this method, Sophie Troff and Ivan Gavriloff, argue that an ordinary fork will help you lose weight since you can only eat with its help. Forking a diet exists in two forms – strict and soft. In the first case, it is not allowed to use a knife even when preparing a dish.
You can characterize the diet with the following statement: “Have breakfast like a queen, have lunch like a princess and have dinner like a beggar.” For breakfast and lunch, you can eat all the permitted products, for dinner you only need to cook dishes that can be eaten with a fork. Such food does not cause any special malfunctions of the body, psychological discomfort and the feeling that you are on a diet either. Also, at dinner, you can’t eat foods that we eat by hand.
Prohibited foods: Do not eat for dinner: nuts, chips, crackers, french fries, olives, sandwiches, hamburgers, pizza, pies, sausages, hot dogs, steaks, liver, fried chicken, cheese (any), fresh fruits, dried fruits, ice cream and desserts, bread, biscuits, muffins, cookies, sweets, chocolate, pancakes, muffins, waffles, pate, hummus, mayonnaise, butter, margarine, ketchup, mustard, soups, stew, fries, yogurt, cereal, sour cream, sauces, eggs, pumpkin, avocado, radish.
Breakfast: should be nutritious, choose the following dishes: 2 eggs, 2 whole-grain toasts with lean ham or cereal with fruits, yogurt, and honey or 2 whole-grain toasts with cheese or peanut butter or oatmeal with raisins.
Lunch: steak with a vegetable salad or chicken with rice and fresh vegetables or meat sandwich soup or pasta with vegetable or meat sauce or omelet, vegetable salad, and fried potatoes or hamburger salad.
Dinner: mushrooms, vegetables, and legumes: asparagus, broccoli, green beans, carrots, lentils, peas, green salad, spinach, soybeans. Cereals: durum wheat pasta, brown rice, bulgur, quinoa. Fish and seafood: shrimp, herring, mackerel, tuna, eel, sardines, cod, flounder, salmon, halibut. White meat: chicken, turkey are used only in the soft version of the diet.
