This diet consists mainly of liquid foods, the main components of which are soups. In addition to soups, it is recommended to drink up to 2.5 liters of water. The ration of each day should consist of 2-2.5 liters of water, 12.5% ​​of mashed soup, 12.5% ​​of vegetable juice, 37.5% of fruit juices and smoothies and 37.5% of tea and decoctions. This system is suitable for those who start a long-term weight loss program or for those who need to get rid of 5 to 7 kg in a short time. Thanks to this diet, you not only lose weight but also remove toxins and toxins from the body.

Advice! Since the diet is deprived of all the substances necessary for the body, and calcium is washed out of the body with fluid, you should not stick to this diet for a long time. The diet should be observed no more than 2 weeks, during this time the body will reboot, the digestive tract will establish its work, and the body will get used to such a diet.

A week before the start of the diet, you should exclude the consumption of flour, sugar, convenience foods, coffee, and tea. Eat boiled or steamed food. Lean on vegetables and fruits.
