Diet menu
Monday
1.5 kg of fresh vegetable salad, can be seasoned with lemon or vegetable oil.
Tuesday
500 grams of lean meat and raw vegetables.
Wednesday
1 kg of vegetable salad and 500 grams of low-fat cottage cheese.
Thursday
1.5 kg of fermented milk products. Choose your favorite product or a little of everything – cottage cheese, kefir, yogurt. Fat content is not more than 1.5%.
Friday
500 grams of low-fat cottage cheese and 1 kg of fruit (except bananas and grapes), you can make a salad.
Saturday
2 kg of fruit, except bananas.
Sunday
1 kilogram of raw vegetables, salad and 1 kg of low-fat boiled river fish.
