Lose weight with young beets

Monday
Breakfast: 1/2 pc. fresh grated beets with 4 chopped walnuts, 100 g of cottage cheese, 1 cup of kefir 1%.
Snack: 1 grated raw beets, 1 green apple.
Lunch: 1 boiled beets, diced and seasoned with olive oil, 1 boiled chicken fillet, a glass of green tea.
Snack: 1 orange.
Dinner: 1 grated boiled beets, 2 prunes, 150 g of natural yogurt.
Tuesday
Breakfast: a portion of oatmeal in milk, 1 boiled beetroot.
Snack: 2 pears.
Lunch: borsch on vegetable broth, fresh cabbage salad with boiled beets and orange, tea.
Snack: a glass of low-fat kefir.
Dinner: 200 g. Boiled fish with 1 boiled beetroot.
Wednesday
Breakfast: buckwheat porridge, 1 boiled beets.
Snack: 200 ml. yogurt.
Lunch: 200 g. Vinaigrette without potatoes and green peas, fish soup.
Snack: 200 g. Cottage cheese.
Dinner: mashed soup of beets, celery and cauliflower.
Thursday
Breakfast: toast with cottage cheese and slices of boiled beets, sprinkled with a drop of oil, tea.
Snack: 1 green apple.
Lunch: 200 g of veal baked in the oven, boiled beet salad with cabbage and fresh cucumber.
Snack: 150 ml. yogurt.
Dinner: stewed beets with spices, tea.
Friday
Breakfast: a glass of kefir, 1 boiled or baked beets.
Snack: 2 baked apples with honey.
Lunch: 150 g. Boiled turkey, 1 boiled beets, green tea.
Snack: 1 banana, green tea.
Dinner: a piece of white fish, steamed with cauliflower, 1 cup of kefir.
Saturday
Breakfast: 1 boiled beets, grated on a coarse grater, 200 g. Boiled chicken breast.
Snack: seasonal berries or fruits.
Lunch: vegetable puree soup, 1 baked beetroot.
Snack: 1 grapefruit.
Dinner: beetroot salad with sour cream.
Sunday
Breakfast: 2 cheesecakes, tea.
Snack: 1 grain loaf with a slice of tomato, green tea.
Lunch: zucchini, baked with cottage cheese in the oven, boiled beetroot salad, water.
Snack: 1 cup of kefir.
Dinner: boiled beets with steamed meat meatballs.
