Meat diet
Who would have thought that by eating meat every day, you can lose weight? But in fact, a meat diet is considered one of the most popular protein diets. Its basis is meat and meat products in any form. In addition to meat, your diet can be varied with other products. During the diet, there are bans on the use of certain foods and drinks; their list is listed below. Remember that after eating you can not drink 30 minutes, you can not eat after 20.00 and you need to eat at least 5 times a day. The diet lasts no more than 10 days. Violations are not allowed, in case of a breach, it is pointless to continue.
As for cooking technology, the following points should be noted:

– fry only in olive oil.
Allowed Products:

1 option:
400 g of lean meat cooked without salt, divided into five servings, each part is consumed with a vegetable (of course, from the number of permitted vegetables) side dishes (100-250 g). Besides, on this day for breakfast and dinner, it is advisable to drink a glass of unsweetened tea (broth of wild rose).
Option 2:
200-250 g of low-fat boiled meat, 2 cups of tea without sugar, and 1-2 cups of unsweetened vegetable juice. Distribute food in 5-6 receptions.
