Pear weekly diet
If you want to lose weight and treat yourself to your favorite pears – this diet is for you. The expected result is 2-4 kg. Today pears are sold all year round, but for this diet it is best to choose White pears – fragrant and ripe, immature are not suitable for a diet. Breakfast: 50 g of buckwheat porridge, 100 g of low-fat beef.
Lunch: (not earlier than three hours after breakfast) – two pears, one carrot, two boiled eggs. You can eat these products individually or make a salad out of them, seasoning with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Dinner: two pears, after 30 minutes – a glass of green tea without sugar.
6th day
