Potassium diet
Many have such a problem as low levels of potassium in the blood, and hence all kinds of problems – swelling, hypertension, impaired blood circulation. This diet, which includes foods rich in potassium, is designed to solve them. The purpose of the diet is an increase in diuresis, unloading of interstitial metabolism, lowering blood pressure, anti-inflammatory effect. For the duration of the diet from the diet, it is necessary to exclude the use of salt and limit the intake of sodium in the body and extractives.
Diet involves six meals a day. The potassium diet consists of 4 diets (I-II diets have a duration of 1-2 days, III-IV last 2-3 days).
Potassium diet menu
First ration
1st meal: baked potatoes – 200 g, coffee substitute with milk – 180 g.
2nd reception: freshly squeezed carrot juice – 100 g.
3rd reception: potato soup – 200 g, grated carrots – 100 g, fruit jelly.
4th method: decoction of rosehip berries – 100 g.
5th reception: mashed potatoes – 300 g, a decoction of wild rose berries – 100 g.
6th reception: freshly squeezed juice – 100 g.
Second diet
1st meal: repeat the first diet.
2nd reception: millet porridge – 150 g, carrot juice – 100 g.
3rd reception: cabbage soup (mashed potatoes) – 200 g, mashed potato patties – 200 g, fruit jelly.
4th method: decoction of rosehip berries – 100 g.
5th method: rice with fruits – 150 g, a decoction of wild rose berries.
6th reception: freshly squeezed juice – 100 g.
Third diet
1st reception: millet millet porridge with the addition of dried fruits – 200 g, coffee substitute with the addition of milk – 180 g
2nd reception: mashed potatoes – 200 g, fresh carrot juice – 100 g.
3rd reception: vegetarian soup with vegetables – 250 g, carrot cutlets – 150 g, a decoction of dried fruits.
4th method: decoction of rosehip berries – 100 g.
5th reception: boiled fish – 60 g, mashed potatoes – 200 g, tea with milk – 180 g.
6th reception: freshly squeezed juice – 100 g.
Fourth diet
1st meal: vegetable (fresh) salad – 150 g, buckwheat milk porridge – 200 g, coffee substitute with milk – 180 g.
2nd reception: soaked dried apricots – 100 g, carrot juice – 100 g.
3rd reception: vegetarian potato soup – 400 g, rice with meat – 240 g, a decoction of dried fruits.
4th reception: baked apples – 100 g.
5th reception: a piece of boiled meat – 60 g, potato patties – 200 g, tea with milk – 180 g.
6th reception: freshly squeezed juice – 100 g.
