Cut the avocado into two halves, remove the seeds and extract the flesh using a special knife with a sharp spoon at the end.
Boil chicken, cut into slices, boil and peel the shrimp. Half the banana, cut into circles, add to the avocado and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add chicken and shrimp.
Mix the cream with mayonnaise, salt, pepper to taste and season the salad. We serve the dish by putting the salad in halves of the avocado and decorating with greens. Cocktail salad with a chicken fillet is ready! Bon Appetit!
