Pastille is a very useful sweet, slightly viscous and it is simply impossible to tear yourself away from it. The composition includes only natural ingredients, only 4 ingredients and a wonderful dessert for the whole family is ready! The basis for a delicious pastille is made up of apples, it is advisable to use Antonovskie ones, a little sugar, one egg and dessert from which it is impossible to tear oneself away until all of it is eaten – ready!

We layout the clean apples on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. We preheat the oven 180-200 degrees in advance. The peel of apples should crack, the flesh will become soft - which means it is time to take out the apples. The baked apples must be cooled, then peeled and the cores removed. We transfer the apple pulp to a sieve.

Wipe the apple pulp through a sieve, you can also use a blender.

In sugar puree, add sugar and mix, then let the puree cool slightly and add egg white to it. Whisk the mixture with a whisk for about seven minutes. The volume of the mixture should increase three times, but in principle, it will be enough to double it.

The resulting mixture is transferred to a refractory form (the form must be selected so that it is about 20 cm by 30 cm in size), we leave one glass to coat the pastille later. put in the oven preheated to 70 degrees C for 8 hours.

We take it out of the oven, allow the pastille to cool, then carefully remove it from the mold, put it on a cutting board and cut it into rectangles with a well-ground knife.

We spread the pastille one on top of another in a rectangular pile, coat each layer with the left cream, then again dry it in the oven for another two hours, at the same temperature of 70 degrees.

We take the pastille from the oven, cut off the edges with the knife, which are not even. Then bake the pastille in icing sugar in a separate bowl.

Put the pastille ready for serving on a dish and carry it to the table. Very tasty, it is combined with tea and milk.
