Pastille is a very useful sweet, slightly viscous and it is simply impossible to tear yourself away from it. The composition includes only natural ingredients, only 4 ingredients and a wonderful dessert for the whole family is ready! The basis for a delicious pastille is made up of apples, it is advisable to use Antonovskie ones, a little sugar, one egg and dessert from which it is impossible to tear oneself away until all of it is eaten – ready!
We layout the clean apples on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. We preheat the oven 180-200 degrees in advance. The peel of apples should crack, the flesh will become soft - which means it is time to take out the apples. The baked apples must be cooled, then peeled and the cores removed. We transfer the apple pulp to a sieve.
