Apple (Viennese) strudel is a roll of thin pastry with apple filling, baked in the oven. A popular dish in Europe.

I tried a lot of strudel in my life, but it tasted so good, I tried visiting my acquaintance, part-time, one of the famous confectioners of our city who visited more than a dozen workshops abroad and he can confidently say that knows a lot about baking.

Here, just this pastry chef taught me how to cook strudel, it turned out to be much easier than it seemed.
