Cut onions into small cubes. Fry the onion in a heated pan with vegetable oil, add the ketchup grill. Pour the chopped tomatoes in their juice without a peel and warm them all together.
We cut several slices of bacon into cubes and fry in a pan without oil. We spread the fried bacon on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat. Add it to the soup, mix everything.
The remaining slices of bacon are fried until crispy and spread on a paper napkin.
Pour the soup into a saucepan, salt, and pepper. Cut the baguette into slices and fry in a dry frying pan.
Along with the soup, serve the dried slices of a baguette with garlic sauce and bacon chips. Garnish the soup with parsley. Bon Appetit!
