Pre-soak the beans in cold water for 12 hours and then cook until tender. We cut half of 1 potato into cubes, chop a quarter of the onion, rub a quarter of the carrot on a fine grater, add the vegetables to the meat broth and cook for 15 minutes. Add beans, salt to taste and cook for another 10 minutes.

Grind vegetables and beans along with the broth using a blender, add oil and bring the soup to a boil.

Decorate the soup with herbs, separately serve the fried walnuts. Bon Appetit!
