- 480 ml broth
- 60 g beans
- 1 PC. Potatoes
- 1 PC. Bulb onions
- 1 PC. Carrot
- 5 g Butter
- salt
- taste
- Greens

Steps
1 Done | Pre-soak the beans in cold water for 12 hours and then cook until tender. We cut half of 1 potato into cubes, chop a quarter of the onion, rub a quarter of the carrot on a fine grater, add the vegetables to the meat broth and cook for 15 minutes. Add beans, salt to taste and cook for another 10 minutes. |
