We cut the fish, remove the fillet, cook the broth from the scraps.

Finely chop 3 cloves of garlic, onions and green onions, a stem of celery, half of fennel. All vegetables are lightly fried in olive oil.

Peel tomatoes, chop, add to vegetables. Pour dry white wine, warm, add lemon juice. Pour the fish broth, salt, pepper. Add parsley and chopped fillet, boil for a couple of minutes.

Fry slices of ciabatta in a dry pan. Cut a clove of garlic in half, rub the ciabatta. We chop parsley.
