Caesar salad is perhaps the second most popular after the famous Olivier. “Caesar” was invented in the 20s of the last century by an American of Italian origin, Caesar Cardini. Currently, the classic recipe for this salad has changed. It is added to meat and seafood, sheep’s cheese, feta cheese, sometimes champignons, peppers and even raisins and pieces of pineapple are found. In the proposed recipe, the salad is seasoned with the sauce of the same name. This gas station can be prepared at home. To do this, you need to take the following products: eggs (2 pcs.), Garlic, anchovy fillets, capers. Worcester sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and vegetable oil. For raw eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. In a bowl, mix the yolks and all other products, beat with a blender. At the very end of cooking, add the whites and beat them again.
