Chop the carrots. We put the stewpan with water for heating and send the carrots into it. Add 1.5 tbsp. l salt, 1.5 tbsp. l sugar and boil until al dente. Add 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil, crushed coriander and zira. Bring to taste with salt and sugar. Dressed with vinegar and olive oil.
Before serving, decorate with cilantro. Bon Appetit!
