    Chikhirtma is a Georgian soup that is very easy to cook and incredibly tasty! Most often, this soup is prepared on chicken broth, less often on lamb broth. The main feature of this soup is that it absolutely does not have vegetable grounds, and it consists only of meat, broth, and onions.

    Chicken cut into large pieces. Cut onions also into large half rings. Combine foods in a pan. Put the pot on the stove and simmer over low heat WITHOUT WATER. Add a little water only if the chicken is not greasy enough to not burn. Stew until half-cooked chicken. It is this stewing method that will give the soup a special flavor.
