Chicken liver pate

Cut the baguette into slices and bake in the oven. We cut the pita bread with squares, grease with butter, put it in cupcake tins and bake.

Cook the pate. Peel the carrots and onions and cut into small cubes. Fry in a mixture of vegetable and butter until half ready. We spread the liver and half-finished vegetables in a pan with hot vegetable oil, fry for no more than three minutes.

Punch with a blender to a homogeneous consistency with the addition of salt, milk and 1 tbsp. l butter.

Lubricate sliced baked baguette with butter and spread the paste with a pastry bag. In lavash baskets, we also spread the paste. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil. Bon Appetit!
