Chicken Salad with Crab Sticks
200 g Crab sticks
1 PC. grapefruit
200 g Mayonnaise
15 ml Vegetable oil
Cut the poultry meat into strips, sprinkle with seasoning and leave for 10-12 minutes. Fry the fillet, stirring for 5-7 minutes, and cool.
Peel the grapefruit from the films and cut into slices, cut celery and crab sticks into slices.
Combine the ingredients, season with mayonnaise, mix and arrange with herbs. Bon appetit!
