Cut the cantuccini cookies into large pieces. Grind the roasted almonds.

We heat butter in a saucepan. Put sugar in melted butter and dissolve.

In a mixer, beat the butter with sugar with a spatula nozzle. We introduce 10 g of beaten egg and 5-10 g of any aromatic alcohol into the oil base.

Add nuts, cookies and mix everything. Then we gradually introduce 150-200 g of cocoa powder and thoroughly knead the base.

Divide the finished chocolate mass into two equal parts, wrap it in a food film in the form of a “sausage”, roll it on the working surface, giving it a flat shape. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
