Couscous Salad with Olives and Feta

150 gBulgur (or couscous)
mix of italian herbs
Water
Red onion
100 gfeta cheese
5 pieces.Olives
10 pcs.Cherry Tomatoes
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Sugar
Greens

In a stewpan, we combine couscous and a dry mixture of Italian herbs. Fill with water, cover and leave for 15 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the juice of a lemon and half rings of red onion, mix. Add granulated sugar and mix again. Leave to marinate.

We put the couscous in a wooden bowl. Add the pickled onions, pitted olives, cherry tomatoes, olive oil and mix everything. Then add the feta cheese and mix again.
