In a saucepan, we combine 8 yolks, 100 g of sugar, 10 g of vanilla powder and a vanilla pod. Add 500 g of cream 33%, heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Pour the mixture into a flat shape, cover with a film using the “contact” method. Let cool and clean in the freezer for 2 hours, stir with a whisk every 15 minutes.
Combine in a bowl 80 ml of water, 30 ml of vegetable oil and 10 g of flour. We divide the mixture into 3 parts, add to each food coloring.
Pour the mixture in small portions onto a well-heated pan and bake until crispy. We spread it on paper towels.
