On cold evenings, and especially winter ones, it is so pleasant to treat yourself to delicious, hearty and aromatic mushroom soup puree. You can cook such a soup from almost any mushroom. The most affordable are the champignons. And if you add wild mushrooms to the soup, then the aroma that will come from the soup will be just a masterpiece! Mushrooms go well with many products. For example, potatoes give the dish satiety, cheese – piquancy. Such a puree soup can also be served on the festive table, the soup will certainly become its decoration and will appeal to all guests. Serve mushroom soup with cream or cheese sauce, sour cream, and croutons and garnish with herbs.

Put dried mushrooms in the broth. Leave to soak until swelling.

Peel potatoes, cut into medium-sized cubes

Put the potatoes in the mushroom broth. Put the pot on the fire.

Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. Heat the pan, add vegetable oil. Fry the onion until golden brown.
