- 200 g Cottage cheese
- 1 pc. Apple
- 50 g dandelion leaves
- dandelion flowers
- taste salt

Steps
1 Done | Soak the leaves of dandelion in saltwater (20 g of salt per 1 liter of water) for 30 minutes. We recline in a colander and let the water drain. Drain and spread on a plate. |
2 Done | With one dandelion flower, cut off the petals and chop. Two other flowers are left for decoration. Dice the apple. |
