85 g almond flour
50 g coconut flour
20 g poppy
5 g Soda
110 g apple puree
2 pcs. Egg
150 g Honey
lemon zest
1 tbsp. l Vegetable oil
1 PC. figs

Combine 85 g of almond flour and 50 g of coconut flour, mix with a whisk. Add 20 g of poppy seeds and 5 soda.

Combine 110 g of applesauce, 2 eggs, 150 g of honey and beat with a mixer. Pour the resulting mass into the flour mixture, mix with a whisk. Add lemon zest, 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil, mix.

The resulting dough is laid out in molds. Put sliced figs on top. Bake in the oven on a baking sheet for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
