Water
2 tbsp. l Sugar
100 ml Cream
Lemon juice
1 tbsp. l potato starch

In a stewpan, boil a mixture of dried fruits. Bring to a boil and pour sugar. Add lemon juice and more sugar. Mix potato starch and cold water. The mixture is sent to the soup.

In a mixer at low speed, whip the cream 33%, then increase the speed.

Serve the soup in a deep plate. Garnish with whipped cream. Bon Appetit!
