Directions
Dyushbara is an Azerbaijani soup with dumplings, which in their appearance resemble Russians, but are sculpted in a certain way and should be very miniature. In Azerbaijan, they say that a hostess who has a lot of time is preparing a dushbara. since the process of preparing dumplings takes quite a long time. But it’s worth it! However, the main thing in this soup is not dumplings, but broth! It turns out just fabulous. Dushbara broth is also considered medicinal. For colds, it is served with crushed garlic sauce with vinegar.
Dushbar broth:
Pour a small beef bone with cold water, first put on a strong fire, as the film is removed, reduce the fire. Simmer for 2 hours, salt in the end. The broth should be transparent! Cool the prepared broth, strain through cheesecloth put a pinch of saffron and put on medium heat.
